This weekend, the GHS Bee Club will be installing 2 new nucleus colonies of bees in our hives located in Robie Park. Please note that the hive location is shifting about 75 feet to ensure the bees get enough sunlight.
⚠️ Safety Reminder
Honey bees are naturally gentle, but they will sting if they feel defensive. If you are taking students or visiting the park, please remind everyone to stay calm and maintain a safe distance of at least 30 feet from the hive entrances to keep the foragers' flight paths clear.
