Meet Michelle Bourget

Please join us in welcoming Micelle Bourget back to Gorham High School!

Michelle joins Eliza Kenigsberg in our Aspire Gorham Office. Together, they are a strong presence in support of our students' aspirations, helping to connect students with area businesses and community members for credit-bearing internships and other extended learning opportunities.

Please see this letter of introduction from Ms. Bourget:

Dear Gorham High School Community,

I’m excited to introduce myself as the new Extended Learning Instructor at Gorham High School. My journey in education began in 1999 as a Spanish teacher, and over the years, I’ve taught at the middle school, high school, and college levels. In 2018-2019, I had the opportunity to teach a USM early college Spanish course for Gorham High School seniors. This experience exposed me to the innovative initiatives the Gorham School Department has put in place to promote college and career readiness.

As the new ELO Instructor I  feel so fortunate to help shape this forward thinking approach to experiential learning. I’m eager to build on this vision and support students in reaching their full potential through dynamic, real-world learning opportunities. If you would like to speak with me about all the amazing aspects of Extended Learning or if you feel you would be interested in being a career mentor, please reach out to me anytime.

Warm Regards,

Michelle Bourget
