Dear GHS Parents and Guardians,
We are pleased to announce that it is time to schedule student-parent-teacher conferences to be held October 21st (2:30p.m. – 8p.m.) and 22nd (8a.m. – 2p.m.). These conferences are very important to your child’s learning and to give parents the opportunity to meet with teachers. Almost two months into the new semester, students are ready to review their strengths and identify areas of improvement. In addition, teachers are ready to provide an update on your child’s progress and grades to date.
As you may know from previous years, conferences last 12 minutes.
How does the scheduling process work?
As you might remember from the spring, Gorham High School has moved to an online scheduling system for parent-teacher conferences.
To sign up, please visit our scheduling page: https://www.myconferencetime.com/gorhamhsOnce you are on the Gorham High School scheduling page, you will sign up for a time slot with each of your child’s teachers. Please only sign up for one spot per teacher. (If you feel you need more time, please contact the teacher directly.) Teachers are listed in alphabetical order. Once a spot has been taken, it will appear grayed out to future viewers. You will receive a confirmation email showing all scheduled conference times. Please double-check that your email address is entered correctly so you can receive that confirmation! Online scheduling will close on October 20th at 8 AM, so please sign up for a conference before then. After 8 AM on the 20th, you will need to contact your student’s teacher(s) directly to schedule a time to meet.
